Locator cards (class schedules) will be picked up during period 1.  Find your name on the lists posted around campus, find the room number listed next to your name, and report to that classroom.  Keep the locator card with you through the day.  You will need it for every period.

**RESIDENCY**RESIDENCY

It’s that time again to register your student for next school year.  To register, you must:

1st        COMPLETE THE ONLINE REGISTRATION PROCESS

**REGISTRATION CODE AND INSTRUCTIONS WERE GIVEN TO STUDENTS**

Register online as soon as possible.

2nd        SUBMIT RESIDENCY DOCUMENTS

Only after completing the Online Registration process will you be eligible to clear residency verification.

Bring the following completed documents to the front office any day before May 30 between 8am and 2pm.

  • Affidavit Verification of Residency (Blue Page) Complete student information and Sign.
  • Proof of Residency (see “Residency” attachment for acceptable documents)

                                                      Some housing circumstances require further documentation.  See attached documents.

  • Health Service Card (Blue Card at end of Packet) Complete student information and sign.

 

It is very important to complete the process as listed above and on time to guarantee your student’s placement at Montgomery High School for the 2017-2018 school year.

Ha llegado la temporada para registrar a su alumn(o/a) para el próximo año académico.  Para registrarse, tendrá que:

1ro        TERMINAR EL PROCESO DE REGISTRACIÓN POR INTERNET

**PARA INSTRUCCIONES Y CONTRASEÑA ABRAN EL SOBRE**

Registren a su alumn(o/a) por internet lo antes posible.

2do        ENTREGAR DOCUMENTOS DE RESIDENCIA (DOMICILIO)

Solamente después de haber terminado el proceso de registración por internet podremos verificar su residencia.  Traigan los siguientes documentos completos a la oficina de la escuela antes del viernes, 30 de mayo.

 

  • Declaración de Residencia (Pagina Azul) Llenen información completa de su alumn(o/a) y firmen.
  • Comprobantes de Residencia (Lea la página “Residencia” y obtenga los documentos aprobados. Ciertas circunstancias de domicilio requieren comprobantes adicionales
  • Servicios de Salud (Tarjetilla Azul al final del paquete) Llenen información completa de su alumn(o/a) y firmen.

 Es extremamente importante completar el proceso de registración a tiempo para asegurar el lugar de su alumn(o/a) en Montgomery High School para el año académico 2017-2018.
